WPC Fence

Wood-plastic composites WPC. are a type of composite material that has flourished both domestically and internationally in recent years. These composites are produced by blending polymers such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyvinyl chloride, which act as substitutes for conventional resin adhesives, with over 35%-70% wood flour, rice husks, straw, and other waste plant fibers to create a new type of wood-like material. This mixture is then processed through plastic manufacturing techniques such as extrusion, molding, and injection molding to produce panels or profiles. The resulting products are mainly utilized in the construction, furniture, and logistics packaging industries.

Waterproof and moisture-proof.

Panels that are formed by mixing plastic and wood powder in a specific ratio and then processed through thermal extrusion are referred to as extruded wood-plastic composite panels.
